Amino silicone oil can be synthesized by reacting hydroxyl silicone oil with aminoalkyl silane (such as coupling agent KH-550 or coupling agent kh-602). The reaction product was amino silicone oil with increased molecular weight and grafted aminoalkyl group on the side chain of polysiloxane chain. The raw material ratio of the reaction is determined according to the ammonia value of the prepared amino silicone oil. For example, when kh-602 is used, 96.67% of hydroxy silicone oil and 3.33% of kh-602 are used for the product with an ammonia value of 0.3. The reaction is polymerized under alkaline conditions, and the reaction can be significantly accelerated by adding one tenth of the total amount of sodium hydroxide tablets to the feed solution. The average molecular weight of the product was predicted by sampling and measuring the viscosity. The activation energy of the reaction is low. When the reaction is carried out under the mild condition of temperature > 80 ℃, the reaction products methanol and water need to be discharged from the system under vacuum. When the reaction is carried out under normal pressure, the reaction time needs to be extended and the reaction temperature needs to be raised to about 105 ℃. If the water in the reaction is not discharged well, the viscosity and turbidity of the product will be high, but the service performance will not be affected. In the polymerization process, chain terminators with inert end capping groups can be added to control the viscosity of the product, such as hexamethyldisilane, but this will cause the product to lose hydroxyl groups and reduce the crosslinking film formation property.
